FUN FACTS: Anthrax rhythm guitarist and lyricist Ian Scott is an outspoken fan of the rap group Public Enemy, wearing the group’s merchandise on stage while performing – this gesture resulted in Public Enemy including a shout-out to Anthrax in their 1987 song “Bring the Noise.” Anthrax began covering “Bring the Noise” live in 1989 and collaborated with Public Enemy to re-record the song in 1991.
